I believe in the power of community. When I decided to become an independent consultant it was thanks to a community of folks supporting me in that decision and I continue to rely on people to help me build, grow, and dream what this consulting service can look like.   • I don’t ever want to start believing that I’m the smartest person in the room. And none of my best ideas strike me in solitude. For me, it’s through generative collaborative conversations that some of the best ideas are created.

  • I love being in this work cause it brings me joy and I have fun doing it. I want to be sure to work with folks that feel the same way. So having a collaborative crew of folks in this consulting space helps me bring you the best version of myself as we work together.

  • I believe that this process of collaborative consulting will bring better results because fundamentally it’s taking lessons from the movements we admire and appreciate. Like you, I’m also trying to live my values and purpose through my work.

    I’m a nonprofit consultant with over a decade of fundraising and nonprofit management experience. I specialize in supporting small teams and grassroots organizations to be more effective, sustainable, and values-aligned.

    I live in my hometown of Boston, but my clients are located all over the U.S. The common thread between my clients is that they are committed to building strong, inclusive movements and to building healthy, people-centered work cultures.

    Led by Michél Legendre, bringing over a decade of campaigning, activist, and non-profit management experience. We’re here to be effective with campaigning while ensuring justice and equity in intention, process, and impacts. We want to make sure that you feel supported in experimentation and using your capacity and resources most effectively.

  • Fundraising Campaigns

    Co-led by Kelly and Michél combining the organizing strategy of a long-time campaigner and the guiding smarts of a dedicated fundraiser and resource organizer.
